在乙醇溶剂中,在马尿酸和4,4'-联吡啶2种配体共存的情况下,合成了一个未见文献报道的具有一维链状结构的锌(Ⅱ)配合物,用元素分析、红外光谱对其进行了表征。并用X-射线单晶衍射方法对其进行了晶体结构解析。结果表明,该化合物为单斜晶系,晶胞为Pc,晶胞参数:a=1.39761(14)nm,b=2.3998(2)nm,c=1.12395(12)nm,V=3.5007(6)nm3,Z=2,Mr=1552.18,Dc=1.473 g/cm3,T=298(2)K,F(000)=1620,μ(Mo Kα)=0.772cm-1,R=0.1734 andωR=0.0409,化合物分子通过分子间氢键和吡啶环的π-π堆积作用形成了一维链状结构。
A novel 1D chain Zn(Ⅱ) complex was synthesized in CH3CH2OH solvent,and characterized by elemental analysis and IR.The crystal structure of Zn(Ⅱ) complex also has been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction.The result shows it is monoclinic,space group Pc with a = 1.39761(14) nm,b = 2.3998(2) nm,c = 1.12395(12) nm,V = 3.5007(6) nm3,Z = 2,Mr = 1552.18,Dc = 1.473 g/cm3,T = 298(2) K,F(000) = 1620,μ(Mo Kα) = 0.772 cm-1,R = 0.1734 and ωR = 0.0409.The compound formed 1D chain structure through intermolecule and intramolecule hydrogen bonds and π-π interaction of pyridine rings.
