目的:观察针刺对卵巢切除大鼠模型骨密度和钙调节激素的影响。方法:60只3月龄SD健康雌性大鼠,随机分为手术组和假手术组,3个月造模成功后将手术组随机分为:模型组、针刺组、雌激素组。干预治疗12周后处死大鼠,测定腰椎及股骨骨密度(BMD),检测血清雌二醇(E2)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)、降钙素(CT)、活性维生素D[1,25(OH)2D3]等指标。结果:针刺组和雌激素组E2、CT、1,25(OH)2D3水平及骨密度较模型组均有明显的提高(P〈0.05),同时PHT水平有明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论:针刺干预能提高去势大鼠模型骨密度,调节钙调节激素的水平,但整体作用不及雌激素。
Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture on calcium regulating hormones and bone mineral density in ovariectomized rats.Methods: 60 3-month-old SD female rats were randomly divided into surgery group and sham group.After 3 weeks osteoporosis successful modeling,surgery group were randomly divided into model group,acupuncture group,estrogen group.Rats were killed after 12 weeks of intervention,determination of the lumbar vertebrae and femur bone mineral density(BMD),to detect serum estradiol(E2),parathyroid hormone(PTH),calcitonin(CT),active vitamin D[1,25(OH)2D3] indicators.Results: Acupuncture group and the estrogen group E2,CT,[1,25(OH)2D3] levels and bone mineral density compared with the model group were significantly increased(P0.05),the PHT level significantly lower(P0.05).Conclusions: Acupuncture intervention can improve bone mineral density of ovariectomized rats model,adjust the levels of calcium-regulating hormones,but the overall effect is less than estrogen.
