为了明确春油菜小菜蛾的抗药性现状,用浸叶法测定了小菜蛾对9 种不同农药的抗性倍数.结果表明:湟中点的小菜蛾对2 % 阿维菌素乳油、3% B t可湿性粉剂、20% 高效氯氰菊酯乳油、5% 氯虫苯甲酰胺乳油、2. 5% % 多杀菌素悬浮剂、10% 溴虫腈乳油、5% 啶虫隆乳油、20% 丁醚脲乳油、5 % 茚虫威乳油的抗性倍数分别为5. 5 0 , 35. 5 0 ,26. 1 2 ,4 4 .4 0 ,2 . 6 7 , 3. 9 3 ,2 4 .5 8 ,5 .3 4 ,4 0 . 1 7 ;互助点的小菜蛾对这9 种农药的抗性倍数分别为1 4 .9 8 ,35. 0 0 ,4 2 .2 5 ,51. 6 1 ,5. 7 5 ,3. 5 0 ,18. 3 3 ,6. 4 3 , 5 7 .6 5 .湟中点的小菜蛾,对多杀菌素是敏感的,对溴虫腈的敏感性是下降的,对阿维菌素和丁醚脲产生低水平抗性,对Bt、高效氯氰菊酯、啶虫隆、茚虫威产生中等抗性水平,对氯虫苯甲酰胺产生高水平抗性;互助点的小菜蛾,对高效氯氰菊酯,氯虫苯甲酰胺,茚虫威产生高水平抗性,对阿维菌素,啶虫隆产生中等抗性水平,对多杀菌素、溴虫腈、丁醚脲产生低水平抗性.
For the purpose of understanding Plutella xylostella L. resistance to insecticide in thespring rape field, the dipping - leaf method was applied for examining the resistance ratio. The resultsindicated the resistance - fold of Huangzhong Plutella xylostella L. to 2% Abamectin EC, 3%Bt WP, 20% Cypermethrin EC, 5% Chlorantraniliprole EC, 2.5% Spinosad SC, 10% ChlorfenapyrEC, 5% Chlorfluazuron EC, 20% Diafenthiuron EC, 5% Indoxacarb EC were 5 .5 0 , 3 5 .5 0 ,26. 12 , 44. 4 0 , 2 .6 1 , 3 .9 3 , 24. 58 , 5 .3 4 and 40. 1 7 ,respectively. Huzhu Plutella xylostella L. tothe 9 insecticides were 14. 98 , 35. 0 0 , 42. 25 , 5 1 .6 1 , 5 .7 5 , 3 .5 0 , 1 8 .3 3 , 6. 43 and 5 7 .6 5 , respectively.Plutella xylostella L. from Huangzhong was more sensitive to Spinosad, and the sensitivitygets down to Chlorfenapyr, low level resistance to Abamectin and Diafenthiuron, intermediate resistanceto B t, Cypermethrin, Chlorfluazuron and Indoxacarb, but with high resistance to Chlorantraniliprole.The Plutella xylostella L from Huzhu has high resistance to Cypermethrin, Chlorantra-niliprole and Indoxacarb, and intermediate resistance to Abamectin and Chlorfluazuron, and low resistanceto Spinosad, Chlorfenapyr and Chlorfenapyr.
