知识的流动在时间和空间上分布不均衡,具有场效应。以知识流动的主体系统维度、客体系统维度、环境系统维度构建知识场空间.运用矢量分析和场论等相关理论研究了知识场的测度,并分析了场空间内的运行系统。研究了知识势差、场中作用力、场强等方面,深入分析了知识场内的知识流动。在场中力的作用下,知识从高势能节点向低势能节点流动.随着知识的流动、环境的变化,节点在场中不断运动。最后分析了知识场的运动与演化,指出知识场具有自组织性.表现出路径依赖和累积因果的自我加强过程。知识场的相关理论为知识管理领域研究知识流动提供了新的路径和手段.
Knowledge flows is unevenly distributed in time and space with field-effect. Knowledge field space was built with agent system dimension, object system dimension and environmental system dimension of the knowledge flows. This article studied knowledge field's measurement and analyzed the knowledge field space' s operating system using vector analysis and field theory. The potential difference of knowledge, field force and field strength were also studied, as well as in-depth analysis of the knowledge flows inside the knowledge field. Knowledge flows from high potential node to low potential node under the action of field forces. The node is in constant motion with the flows of knowledge and the changes of environment. Finally, the conclusion was generalized that knowledge field has self-organization characteristics, showing self-reinforcing process of path dependence and cumulative causation by analyzing the movement and evolution of knowledge field. The related theories on knowledge field provided a new path and means for research on knowledge flows in the field of knowledge management.
