为了解决弱胶结地层特厚煤层回采巷道支护难题,以鲁新煤矿31101工作面轨道巷为工程背景,在岩石力学试验和围岩特性测试的基础上,研究了不同矢跨比巷道变形破坏特征,得出回采巷道合理的矢跨比为0.2;根据全煤巷道不同区域围岩承载特性,将其划分为非稳定层、亚稳定层和稳定层,提出了以“主控非稳定层、抑制亚稳定层扩展、调动稳定层承载”为核心的锚网索联合支护方案,现场监测表明该支护方案实现了对弱胶结地层全煤巷道的稳定性控制。
In order to solve the supporting problem at mining roadway in thick coal seam and weak cemented stratum, based on the engineering background of No. 31101 working face in Luxin Coal Mine and the test of surrounding rock characteristics, the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway with different rise-span ratio were studied. It was concluded that the reasonable rise span ratio was 0.2. According to the bearing characteristic of surrounding rock, the relative areas could be divided into unsta- ble, metastable and stable layer. A combined support plan was proposed, which was based on the principle of "controlling the un- stable layer, restraining the expansion of the metastable layer, and mobilizing the bearing of the stable layer". The monitoring re- sults showed that the support plan could achieve the stability control of coal roadway in weak cemented stratum.
