针对租赁设备的维护问题,提出了一种考虑客户满意度的可变(m,δ)大修维护策略模型。该策略综合考虑小修、大修维护和客户满意度等因素对维护成本的影响,建立以出租方期望总成本率最优为目标的维护策略模型,利用数值解法,最终可得到最优维护策略。并将(m,δ)大修维护策略与小修维护策略进行了比较。同时,根据预先设定的客户重复购买服务概率阈值θ,可求出对应的最优维护策略。最后是算例分析,研究表明,该策略符合租赁设备维护的实际情况,可为出租方提供有效的维护解决方案。
This paper develops a model of alternative overhaul maintenance strategy which considers customer satisfaction of leased equipment.Based on various influencing factors to the cost of maintenance,including minimal repair,overhaul maintenance and customer satisfaction,a model of maintenance policy aiming at minimizing the expect cost rate from the point of lessor is developed and we can obtain the optimal maintenance policy by numerical methods.We also compares it with the minimal repair strategy.Furthermore,according to the preset threshold value of customer repeat purchase service probability,we can get the corresponding optimal maintenance policy.Finally,the numerical results show that the proposed strategy is practical and can provide effective maintenance solutions for the lessor.
