现行高速公路网收费建模和优化研究中存在的问题主要为对高速公路网络中的各条线路之间的反馈关系研究不够。对此,把空间计量经济学的思想方法与Hopfield神经网络方法结合起来建立河南高速公路网收费模型,并在此基础上推导出收费最优化条件下轿车流量、客车流量与各线路的空间连接强度之间的平衡关系,从而提出河南高速公路网的优化方案。
The existing researches on the toll modeling and its optimization of the highway network mainly lacks enough consideration on the feedback relationship among various highway line. In this regard, the paper combines the method of spatial econometrics and the Hopfield neural network, establishes charging highway network, and on this basis, deduces the equilibrium relationship among car traffic flow, model of Henan passenger traffic volume and their spatial association under the optimized charges conditions, thereby puts forward an optimized programme of c harges of Henan highway network.
