为探讨农抗抑霉菌素A17对植物病原真菌的作用机理,测定了抑霉菌素A17对茄褐纹病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制作用。结果表明:抑霉菌素A17处理后可使病菌菌丝产生皱褶、龟裂、裂缝等形态变化,较低浓度的抑霉菌素A17就可明显抑制病菌菌丝生长和孢子形成,其抑制中浓度分别为0.1μg/mL和0.0166μg/mL,抑霉菌素A17具有开发成高效生物农药的巨大潜力。
In order to research the metabolism of agricultural antibiotic antimycin A17 to plant pathogenic fungi,inhibition of antimycin A17 against mycelium growth and spores germination of Phomopsis vexans were tested.The results showed that the morphology of the mycelium treated with antimycin A17 became wizened,cracked and split.antimycin A17 in low concentration has strong inhibiting effect against mycelium growth and spores germination of Phomopsis vexans.The effective concentration(EC50) values were 0.1 μg/mL and 0.0166 μg/mL,respectively.So antimycin A17 has great potential to develop as high-efficiency bio-pesticide.
