目的了解变形菌多重耐药与敏感菌株中Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类整合子的分布情况,初步分析整合子与变形菌多重耐药(multidrug resistance,MDR)形成的关系。方法PCR方法检测临床分离的50株MDR变形菌和同期分离的46株敏感菌中3类整合子的分布情况,并扩增可变区,以了解基因盒的存在情况。用SPSS17.0软件分析实验数据。结果MDR菌株和敏感菌株中整合子的携带率分别为26.0%(13/50)和2.2%(1/46);耐药种数在5种以上的菌株中整合子检出率为44.4%(8/18),5种以下的为15.6%(5/32)。结论MDR菌株的整合子携带率高于敏感菌株,且耐药种数越多的菌株中整合子的检出率越高,整合子与变形菌多重耐药的产生有一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the difference in distribution of the three classes integrons (IntI Ⅰ IntI Ⅱ IntIⅢ ) between multidrug resisitant and susceptible Bacillus proteus, and to evaluate whether the integrons were associated with the formation of MDR of Bacillus proteus. Methods PCR were performed to detect the three classes integrons in 50 MDR and 46 susuceptible Bacillus proteus isolated from the clinical during the same period. Presence of gene cassettes were analyzed by amplification of variable region. Analyze experimental data with SPSS17.0 software. Results Detection rate of integrons is 26.0% (13 out of 50) in MDR strains and 2.2% (1 out of 46) in susceptible strains. The percentage is 44.4% (8 out of 18) in strains whose resistance range of the number of classes of antimicrobials is above 5 and 15.6% (5 out of 32) whose below 5. Conclusion Positive rate of integrons is higher in MDR Bacillus proteus and strains whose resistance range of the number of classes of antimicrobials is bigger. Integrons may be related with MDR of Bacillus proteus.
