The history of democracy and nomocracy has experienced five periods from the establishment of the PRC： period of foundation, period of frustration, period of famine, period of reconstruction, period of mature. It has changed the autocratic system lasting over millions years, and established a democratic policity and legal system reflected morderu civilization. And it opened a wide space for China＇s further development. There are many experiences from the history of democracy and nomoeracy. But we can draw one point from them： we should unswervingly follow the path of democracy, rule of law with Chinese characteristics by the approach of people-oriented, advancing with the times.
