奏效逻辑所强调的独特决策方式对传统因果逻辑下的决策方式形成了巨大冲击,已有研究重点关注奏效逻辑对新企业绩效造成的影响,却很少关注奏效逻辑的形成过程。选择奏效逻辑中最关键同时最贴近创业本质的可承担损失原则作为研究情境,在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,关注创业经验的角色同时将自我效能感引入奏效逻辑研究,重点关注诱发奏效逻辑的关键因素及其作用机制。基于奏效逻辑的认知属性,尝试引入组织和管理认知研究中的组织意会模型,结合创业环境的客观不确定性前提,并在此基础上提出了一个理论模型。
The unique decision patterns emphasized by effectuation have a great impact on decision patterns under traditional causation, existing research have focused on the effects of effectuation on new ventures' performance,however, fewer attention were paid to the formation process of effectuation. As the most critical and most close part to the nature of entrepreneurship, affordable loss principle of effectuation was chosen as research context.Drawing on existing research achievements, this study focuses on the role of entrepreneurial experience. At the same time, self-efficacy is introduced to the research of effectuation, subsequently, paying special attention to the key inducing factors of effectuation and its mechanism of action. Based on the cognitive attribute of effectuation,trying to introduce organizational sensemaking model of organization and management cognition research, combining with objective uncertainty premise of entrepreneurial environment. Therefore, this study puts forward a theoretical model. Meanwhile, this study analyzes the theoretical contribution and the practical contribution, furthermore, pointing the shortage of research and future research directions.
