The spreading of the ＂ woman scholar＂ story is mainly in the form of film and television. The ＂woman scholar＂ story is adapted into movie or TV story, with extra creation and variation in plot and characters. The causes to such adaption lies in the fact that it answers to audience＇s curiosity for the woman scholar adventure, their support of the gender equality notion and desire for a happy marriage life. In this study, we investigate spreading and change of the woman scholar story and analyze the cultural value behind it.
