Modem property fight is a legal concept, whose survival depending on the support of law. Modem property fight is a civil fight, which must break away from the intertexture of the public power. And modem property fight is a contractualization fight, which must complete the transition from status to contract. As to rural areas and farmers, undoubtedly, land property rights are the most significant property fights. Taking the features of modem property rights as a clue, the process of our national modernization development and transformation can be viewed as the process of farmers＇continuously obtaining land property fights, and modem China should endow farmers with the land property fights of complete civilization, legalization and contractualization.
