针对住宅使用者行为节能,引入一种使用后评价与社会-技术分析相结合的方法,研究住宅在使用过程中的采暖、空调和通风行为对室内热环境和用能的影响,分析三者之间的相互关系和影响特征。在实际应用中,通过分别对样本户进行测试及计量,记录使用过程的热环境和用能客观数据,并结合使用者行为调查获得的主观数据,分析存在的差异和特征,寻求原因和解释,揭示热环境、用能状况与使用者的关联性;结合实例阐述这种分析结果对于从节能角度优化住宅设计和指导使用行为的意义和应用价值,拓展住宅节能的思路和方法。
Studying occupants' behavior patterns in dwellings,this paper introduces the post occupancy evaluation and a socio-technical analysis research approach to analyze the impact of heating,air conditioning and ventilation on interior thermal environment and energy consumption,and explicates the relationships and influences amongst them.Based on the data of monitoring of thermal environmental paramedics,records of electricity,gas meter and questionnaires,this study demonstrates the impact of the way of using appliance(e.g.duration,intensity and frequency of use) on energy consumption.The result would serve as an evidence to inform a more energy efficient way in building design and occupants' behavior.
