科技革命日新月异、全球化逐步深入、行业界限日益模糊,企业面临的全球竞争日趋激烈、动态和充满了大量的不确定性。这使得很多曾经非常成功的跨国公司在21世纪难以保持战略的连续性和竞争优势的持续性,甚至陷入衰退和破产。在对导致跨国公司陷入困顿的内外原因进行分析之后,该文从战略、组织和经营三个层面对传统跨国公司进行审视,提出了三位一体、有机结合的调整思路,即在战略层面采取超优势竞争战略和破坏性创新,在组织模式和流程层面采取全球模块化价值网络和组织际流程,在经营理念和经营模式上采取反向创新和产业融合创新。对这一问题的探究也为中国企业构建动态可持续竞争优势提供一定的参考借鉴。
Due to the fast-changing revolution of science and technology,the gradually deepening globalization and the increasingly blurred industry boundaries,the enterprises are facing more and more fierce,dynamic and uncertain global competition.It prevented many Multinational Corporations which have been very successful from keeping the continuous strategy and the persistent competitive advantage in the 21 st century.It even tipped some companies towards recession or bankruptcy.After analyzing the internal and external reasons causing multinationals enmeshed in difficulties,the author re-examined the strategy,organization and operation of the multinational corporation and then put forward a holistic and integrated adjustment.The author suggested using hypercompetition strategy and disruptive innovation,establishing global modular value network and inter organizational process and adopting reverse innovation and innovation based on industrial convergence.The study in this field can also guide Chinese enterprises to build dynamic and sustainable competitive advantage.
