在制作水力模型时,寻找合适的制作材料满足设计糙率相似要求是一个十分现买而又比较困难的问题.提出了在有机玻璃上贴膜实现加糙的方法,该方法加工方便,加糙度统一且具有一定可视性,是水工模型制作上一种很好的新型加糙方式.通过试验,研究了3种加糙膜的糙率特性,表明加糙膜的纹理与水流方向夹角越大,其糙率也越大;同一材料糙率,随水深增大而相应有所减小,但逐渐趋于定值.
Seeking suitable materials to meet the roughness similarity requirement in hydraulic model test is difficult, and ac- cordingly we propose a new roughness increasing method that is to stick membrane on the organic glass, which is convenient to be completed and its roughness is uniform with a certain visibility. We studied roughness ratio of three types of membranes. The re- sults show that, the greater angle between the membrane texture and the flow direction, the bigger roughness is; as the water depth increases, roughness of the same material gets smaller and reaches a constant value finally. In a depth of 10 cm water, the roughness of material can be enhanced to O. 012 by pasting rhombus - shaped membrane on the plexiglas. This new material had been applied in a drainage tunnel model test and favorable effect was gained.
