目的探讨miR-221在胶质瘤中的表达及其与p27的关系。方法收集不同病理级别胶质瘤标本，以荧光定量PCR法和免疫印迹法检测其中miR-221及p27的表达，分析其与胶质瘤病理级别的关系。结果miR-221的表达强度与肿瘤恶性程度呈正相关，与p27的表达呈负相关。结论miR-221的过表达和p27的表达下降或缺失与胶质瘤，尤其是恶性胶质瘤的发生、发展密切相关。
英文摘要：
Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of miR-221 and p27 in human glioma samples. Methods The expressions of miR-221 and p27 were detected by fluorescence quantitative-PCR and Western blot in 29 glioma samples of different malignancy grades. The relationship of the expressions with the malignancy grades of the tumor was analyzed. Results The expression level of miR-221 was positively correlated with glioma malignancy and negatively correlated with the expression of p27. Conclusion The overexpression of miR-221 and downexpression is closely correlated to development and progress of human glioma.
