血清学阴性类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis,RA）是指在RA患者血清中检测不到相应的自身抗体,如类风湿因子、抗角蛋白抗体、抗核周因子、抗Sa抗体及抗CCP抗体等,但符合RA诊断标准的类风湿关节炎。本文对血清学阴性类风湿关节炎的定义、发病机理、临床表现、治疗进展作一综述,并对诊断治疗进行展望。

Seronegative rheumatoid arthritis （rheumatoid arthritis,RA） is refers in the serum of patients with RA was not detected in the corresponding antibodies, such as Rheumatiod factor, anti-Keratin-antibody, anti-perinuclear fac- tor, anti-Sa-antibody and anti-cyclic cirullinated peptide antibodies etc, but consistent with the diagnostic criteria of RA. This paper reviews the definition, pathogenesis,clinical manifestation, differential diagnosis and treatment progress of se- ronegative rheumatoid arthritis. In addition, the future diagnosis and treatment of seronegative rheumatoid arthritis are prospected.
