为了确保一种用于直驱压缩机的双定子直线振荡电机获得良好的工作性能,在数学模型基础上推导出功率因数及效率的表达公式,并结合仿真分析及矢量图的方式分析了在实际工作条件下气体力负载、驱动频率与电机性能指标如功率因数、效率之间的关系.在此基础上,对于电机的最佳工作点进行分析,相应的实验结果证实了理论分析的正确性.实验结果显示,系统机械谐振点及功率因数最大值点会随气体力负载变化而变化,电机在机械谐振点运行时可获得效率最大值和较高的功率因数.
In order to obtain high performance of a novel linear oscillatory motor with two separated stators which used for directly driven compressor.The expression of power factor and efficiency were also derived based on this mathematical model.In combination with simulated analysis and vector model,the relationships between operating frequency,gas force load and the performance indexes such as power factor and efficiency were investigated in the actual working conditions.On this base,the most optimum operating frequency was further studied in detail.The predicted analysis was validated by corresponding experimental results.Experimental results show the mechanical resonant frequency and frequency point of highest power factor are changed along with the gas force load,and maximum efficiency and high power factor are obtained when the operating frequency reached mechanical resonant frequency.
