目的廓清抗日战争时期《解放日报》的媒介组织形态及其自然科学传播的基本线索。方法原始文献分析与考证。结果《解放日报》十分重视自然科学传播，报纸虽历经整改，“科学园地”与“卫生”两大重点科学专刊却都保留下来。毛泽东等同志撰文确立了自然科学传播的方向，提出其主要为生产和战争服务的原则。结论《解放日报》的科学传播，具有开创性意义，不仅普及了科学知识、破除了迷信，提高了民众的科学水平，而且在经济建设中通过推广生产知识、指导生产，对生产力水平的提高起到了关键性的作用。
英文摘要：
Aim To establish the significance of ＂Liberation Daily＂ to the communication of natural science in Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Area, even in the important status of the development of natural science in china. Methods Based on consulting historical materials and carrying out summarizing and concluded analysis. Results ＂Liberation Daily＂ focus on communication of natural science and this, newspaper had been reformed, the two special issues of publicizing of natural science, ＂science fields＂ ＆ ＂health＂ have been preserved untill now. In the case of historic background of Yanan region, the communist party of China put forward that communication of natural science should be a improtant produetity and serve the war. Conclusion With the new concept devoloped, ＂liberation daily＂ spured its＇communication of natural science in china . Besides, ＂Liberation Daily＂ also had a important significance in the devolopment of communication of natural science in Yanan region, tranfering the scientific knowledge abohshing superstitions, improving the citizens＇scientific consciousness and gived full play in Economic Construction by the way of generalizing the knowledge and guideing production.
