Based on the traditional financial dimensions of the balanced score card method, the customer dimension, internal operational dimension and improving learning dimension, dimension of green environmental protection is added to build enterprise green logistics performance evaluation index system. Further, according to the enterprise green logistics multi-objective and multilayered, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to evaluate performance of enterprise green logistics.
