Industrial engineering undergraduate education is absolutely cannot lack of practice teaching. According to the need of occupational development, expounds the necessity of constructing the practical teaching System. By analyzing the lack of practice teaching the practice teaching system based on occupational development was proposed, combining with the actual situation and characteristics of the university. Reasonable practical teaching system can effectively improve the quality of talent training, it not only can improve the employment competitiveness of graduates, also can promote the occupational development.
