分析频率偏移安全评估现状和需求,提出一种考虑累积效应的频率偏移安全量化评估方法。基于频率偏移对于时间的积分,定义一个新的安全裕度指标。该指标对于安全与不安全的情况,不但有清晰的物理含义和统一的表达形式,并且具有单调性、光滑度好,计算量小的优点。基于灵敏度分析,提出临界控制量搜索策略。以实际省级电网为例,分析该安全裕度指标的特性,并验证了控制量搜索策略的有效性。
Based on the analysis of latest development and requirements of frequency deviation security assessment,a new method is proposed to quantitatively assess transient frequency deviation security by taking into account the frequency deviation cumulative effect.The new security margin index is defined by frequency deviation and its duration.It has unified formulation and clear physical implication for either secure or unsecure conditions.The index has a number of advantages such as good monotonicity,good smoothness,and low computational cost.A search strategy for critical active power control actions is designed based on sensitivity analysis.The characteristics of the proposed security margin index are analyzed in detail with a provincial power system example.The validity of the search strategy is tested and verified as well.
