综述了国内外在导电高分子涂层防腐研究中一些常用和新颖的电化学方法.简要介绍了腐蚀电位、极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱、电化学噪声、非接触参比电极、阵列电极等电化学方法,介绍各种方法的测试原理、过程和适用范围.并建议将不同测试方法配合使用,将有助于全面、准确地评价导电高分子涂层的防腐行为.

英文摘要:

Several common electrochemical methods and some newly developed ones used in studying the anticorrosion behavior of the electric conducting polymer coatings were reviewed in this article.Various electrochemical test methods,including corrosion potential,polarization curve,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,electrochemical noise,non-contact reference electrode techniques and wire-beam electrode were introduced briefly.The general principal,testing process and application fields of various methods were presented.It was suggested that a combination of various methods might help to evaluate the anticorrosion behavior of the electric conducting polymer coating accurately.
