系统协调发展定量评价方法的核心是协调度模型.通过分析现有应用较为广泛的协调度模型,总结了模型的本质,并由此推知:系统理想协调状态的确定,在整个系统协调发展评价中起着关键性作用.围绕其本质,引入欧式距离,构建了距离协调度模型,并依此提出一种定量评价系统协调发展的新方法.该方法将现有评价方法中时常被忽略的系统理想协调状态的定量分析,作为评价的前提步骤.最后,以中国的经济与科技系统为评价对象,进行了实证研究.
Coordination development evaluation is important for a system to ensure its healthy and sustainable development,and its key element is the coordination degree model.Through analyzing some coordination degree models proposed in previous literature,it is found that there are similarities among them.Based on the modeling principle,Distance coordination degree model using Euclidean distance is formulated,and accordingly a novel quantitative evaluation methodology incorporating the key step of quantitative evaluation for the ideal coordination state is then proposed.For illustrative purpose, an empirical analysis about the coordination development evaluation of Chinese economy and science technology system is given to verify the applicability of coordinating degree model and the novel evaluation methodology.
