提出了一种D形杆式支撑换热器,采用CFD方法对其进行模拟研究,并比较分析了D形杆和普通圆杆对换热器流动与传热性能的影响,同时还考察了D形杆排布方式对换热器性能的影响。结果表明:D形杆支撑结构能够有效改善换热器壳程内速度场与温度场的协同性,其换热器性能明显优于普通圆杆支撑换热器;D形杆排布方式不同时,D形杆-2排布方式下换热器壳程性能明显优于D形杆-1;D形杆-2排布方式下,较圆杆支撑换热器壳程传热系数、压降、综合性能均有较大提升。计算结果为杆式支撑换热器强化传热性能的研究提供了理论依据。
A new kind of heat exchanger with D-type rod baffles was proposed. The flow and heat transfer characteristics of heat exchangers with D-type rod baffles and general round rod baffles were analyzed by using CFD method. In addition, the effect of arrangements of D-type rod baffles on performance of heat exchangers was studied. The results show that the performance of heat exchangers with D-type rod baffles significantly better than that of round rod baffles, because the former can availably improve the coordination between temperature field and velocity field in shell side of heat exchangers. When the arrangements of D-type rod baffles are different, the petformane of heat exchanger with D-type-2 rod baffles is much better than that of D-type-1. Compared with round rod baffles heat exchanger, the heat transfer coefficient, pressure drop and comprehensive performance of heat exchanger with D-type-2 rod baffles all have a larger upgrade. The numerical results provide theoretical basis for the heat transfer enhancement research work of rod baffle heat exchanger.
