Cancer is one of the serious diseases that threatens human health. Recently, great progress has been made in the research of anticancer medicines. A review is given here,it covers the metal anticancer agent,the medicine picked up from natural plants,targeted drug delivery systems,genetic engineering medicines,medical nanoparticles and the relationship between cancer and trace elements.
