以Zn-8Al合金为中间连接剂代替传统层合板中的树脂材料,通过热压复合工艺制备出新型碳纤维复合板。采用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了该复合板的微观组织结构、碳纤维分布及中间层成分。研究发现制备的复合板组织致密,纤维分布均匀且与中间层结合良好,Zn-8Al合金能很好浸渗到碳纤维内部。复合板抗拉强度和弹性模量跟基体相比分别提高了32.4%和35%。
Taking Zn-8Al as middle connection agent replacing the resion materials in traditional laminate,a new carbon fiber composite board was fabricated by hot pressing. The microstructure of the composite board, the distribution of carbon fibers and composition of intermediate layer were characterized by SEM and EDS. The results show that the new composite board has compact structure.The carbon fibers are well-distributed and combines well with interlayer. Zn-8Al alloy shows a strong permeability to the carbon fiber sheet. Moreover, compared with matrix, the tensile strength and elastic modulus of the composite board increases by 32.4% and 35%, respectively.
