Unlike traditional agriculture, leisure agriculture contains more demands for ＂ beauty＂ . The devel-opment of leisure agriculture involves not only enhancing the aesthetic taste from the landscape design and en-vironmental aesthetics, but also changing the ideas and correcting ideological understanding from the perspec- tive of ecological aesthetics. This paper takes the construction of beautiful countryside in Hainan as an exam-ple ,and probes the ecological aesthetics in leisure agriculture from three aspects natural beauty, humanistic beauty and harmonious beauty.
