随着计算机技术的不断发展,虚拟现实技术与岩石力学数值模拟在采矿工程中均得到了广泛应用。一方面,作为一个综合展示平台,虚拟现实系统可以将矿山的生产进度、采矿方法、人员设备等信息综合集成处理并进行实时显示,但其缺乏围岩的应力场、位移场等安全性相关的数据资料;另一方面,岩石力学数值模拟方法虽然可以计算获得围岩的安全性信息,但是其后处理的显示功能偏弱。因此,虚拟现实技术与岩石力学数值模拟方法在功能与效果上各具优势、互补性强。以新城金矿为例,综合运用2种技术手段,并最终达到优势互补的效果。研究内容对有条件应用虚拟现实技术与岩石力学数值模拟技术的矿山有重要的借鉴意义。
With the continuous development of computer technology,the virtual reality technology and the numerical simulation of rock mechanics have been widely applied in mining engineering. On one hand,as a comprehensive display platform,the virtual reality system is able to show the integrated information in real time,including production tempo,mining methods,personnel,equipment,etc.,but it lacks the safety data of surrounding rock,such as the stress field and the displacement field;On the other hand,although the numerical simulation of rock mechanics can obtain the safety information through calculation,the its display function in the subsequent processing is weak. Therefore,both the virtual reality technology and the numerical simulation of rock mechanics have their advantages on the function and effect,and are highly complementary to each other.Taking the Xincheng Gold Mine as an case,the two kinds of technical means in the same time is adopted to eventually achieve the effect of complementary advantages. The research content in this paper has important significance to the mines with the application condition of the virtual reality technology and the numerical simulation of rock mechanics.
