在对常用的分离式和步进式两种振动攻丝形式进行分析的基础上,针对其存在的不足提出了一种新的振动攻丝方式——进-停-退-停-进-停,并利用不同振动攻丝方式对不锈钢材料进行了对比试验。结果表明:本研究提出的新振动方式不仅保持了分离式振动的良好加工效果,而且也具有步进式振动攻丝提高丝锥寿命的特点,为进一步提高振动攻丝加工效果开辟了新的途径。
Based on the analysis of the disadvantages of two traditional vibration modes, this paper puts forward a novel vibration mode. Then vibratory tapping on stainless steel under all kinds of vibration mode is carefully studied. Experimental results show that the new vibratory mode not only preserve the machining effect of the separable vibratory tapping, but also increase the life-span of tap as step vibratory tapping does, providing a new solution for improving the performance of vibratory tapping.
