通过对Ti2AlC/TiAl(Nb、B)复合材料进行快速热处理,研究了Ti2AlC/TiAl(Nb、B)复合材料在900℃、1000℃空气中的氧化行为。研究表明,Ti2AlC/TiAl(Nb、B)复合材料抗氧化性有所提高,抗氧化性的改变是由于改善氧化膜的粘附性以及晶界扩散发生选择性氧化而造成的,具有良好保护性的氧化膜提高了复合材料的抗氧化性。
Ti2AlC/TiAl(Nb,B) composites were treated by rapid heating heat treatment,and the oxidation resistance of the Ti2AlC/TiAl(Nb,B) composites at 900℃and 1000℃ were investigated.The results show that the oxidation resistance of Ti2AlC/TiAl(Nb,B) composites can be enhanced by improving adhesion of the oxidation coating,and formation of protective oxidation film of A2O3 which was formed by selective oxidation caused by grain boundary diffusion.
