汽车动力传动系统各部件参数与控制策略参数决定了整车的燃油经济性和排放水平。为了降低插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)的油耗,以混合度、变速器传动比、主减速器传动比和整车控制策略参数作为正交设计因素,采用正交试验设计方法,以汽车行驶工况油耗最小为目标,优选出动力传动系统各部件参数和控制策略参数的最佳匹配方案。利用插电式并联双离合器混合动力客车仿真模型,对参数优选后的汽车模型进行动力性和燃油经济性仿真。结果表明,整车燃油消耗相对参数优选前的车型降低5.58%。
The vehicle's fuel economy and emission are determined by parameters of power train and control strategy.In order to reduce the fuel consumption of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles(PHEV),the hybrid degree,gear ratio,final ratio and parameters for control strategy are chosen as orthogonal design factors.With the objective of achieving minimal fuel consumption under driving cycles,the optimal matching scheme for parameters of power train and control strategy is acquired by orthogonal design method.The simulation of performance and fuel economy is carried out with the model for plug-in parallel hybrid electric vehicles,and the results show that the fuel consumption is decreased by 5.58% after parameter optimization.
