SaaS is the delivery mode of software online. It is an effective way to decreasing the cost of informati- zation for medium - sized and small enterprises. Adopting SaaS, the enterprises can avoid needless investment such as hardware purchasing fee, platform establishing fee, maintenance costs of infrastructure and software. But to SaaS , the right choice of pricing model is a key to success. This paper will discuss four kinds of pricing model;usage - based pricing, cost -based pricing, value -based pricing and competition -oriented pricing, and analysis the usa- bility of different pricing strategies.
