松解微调法对椎动脉型颈椎病的临床作用观察

目的探讨松解微调法对椎动脉型颈椎病的临床作用。方法对椎动脉型颈椎病患者80例按就诊顺序分为松解微调法组和针灸治疗组各40例。松解微调法组用针刀松解拨离黏连肥厚的韧带肌肉,手法调整椎间关节紊乱,改善椎动脉的供血;针灸法组选取百会、大椎等穴位,用平补平泻针法,以舒筋通络、醒脑开窍。结果2组治疗前眩晕症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);2组治疗前后眩晕症状积分自身比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);2组治疗后组间眩晕症状积分比较差异亦有统计学意义(P〈0.05);2组治疗后椎一基底动脉收缩期最大流速比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论松解微调法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病具有良好的效果。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type with acupotomy combined with massage. Methods 80 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were randomly divided into acupotomy combined with massage and the acupuncture group (n = 40). Aeupotomy combined with massage was acupotomy lysis adhesions hypertrophy of ligament and muscle,massage adjust to intervertebral of joint disorder, improving blood supply of vertebral artery. Acupuncture selected Baihui and Dazhui acupoint etc, reinforcing - reducing needling method, with relaxing tendons and removing obstruction, brain - activating. Results There was no difference before treatment of vertigo symptom in the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; There was significant differonce in the two groups before and after treatment of vertigo symptoms integral itself (P 〈0.01 ) ;The vertigo symptom score were significantly different after treatment in two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ) ;There was no difference in the two groups before treatment of vertebrobasilar artery peak systolic velocity are compared ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Acupotomy combined with massage to treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type has good curative effect.
