手性药物拆分新方法研究进展

中文摘要:

手性是一种很普遍的自然现象,对生命体新陈代谢有着深远的影响。此外,手性还在医药、食品添加剂、杀虫剂、昆虫性信息素、香料和材料等领域有着深刻影响。特别是在医药行业,被人体吸收的2个对映体在体内的作用不同,一般情况下其中一个单体有治疗作用,另一个具有毒性或者对病情无效。随着医药行业对手性单体需求量的增加和对药理的探究,如何获得高纯度手性单体已成为一个令人困扰的问题。手性拆分由于自身的优势深受广大研究者的关注。本文就目前手性拆分的研究热点,对有机相/水相、双水相、光学活性水凝胶、手性表面等几大体系进行了全面的概括,分析了各自存在的问题,并对手性拆分的发展趋势进行展望。

英文摘要:

Chirality was the most common natural phenomenon,since all biologically important molecules were chiral and exist in nature only as one of these two possible enantiomers.Chirality had profound effect on the metabolism.What was more,chirality exerts its effect on the following field such as medicine,food additives,pesticide,pheromone,spice,material and so forth.Especially,in the field of medicine,the two enantiomers had different pharmacological activity and it was only one of the two that had therapeutical effect,while the other was toxic or no effect.With the increasing demand for the optical was omers and the understanding of pharmacodynamics,how to obtain high purity chiral isomer was a confused problem.Consequently,the chiral separation had been paid more attentions for its unique advantages.So far,many systems had been used in the resolution of racemates,included organic-water two phase,aqueous two phase,chiral surface,optical active gel and so on.In this paper,novel system included above,were introduced.Current problems and prospects of future researches on the separation of chiral medicine were proposed.
