There is a variety of ways for technology licensing in reality. As for the choice for optimal way, we must take many factors into consideration, such as market needs, types of technology innovation, cost condition and so on. The licensor＇s technology innovation is tion in this paper. We aim to analyze the classified into superior innovation, ordinary innovation, and moderate innovaissue of options for the best licensee in different innovation types, together with some parametric examples to demonstrate that.
