粉末增塑挤压成形是在金属铸坯和高聚物加工的压挤工艺基础之上发展起来的一种近净成形新技术,其关键和核心是粘结剂。探讨了粘结剂的设计依据,从几个方面系统分析了粘结剂组元间的相容性,包括相容性的要求、热力学条件、判断依据和实验表征。并结合国内外粘结剂的发展新动向,介绍和评述了几种新型的粘结剂体系,指出了我国粘结剂工作者当前的研究重点。
Powder extrusion molding(PEM) is an advanced near net shape technology which is developed from extruding of plastic machining and metal billet. The binder plays a critical role in PEM. The design basis of binder is discussed, and the compatibility of binder components is analysised systematically from several ways,including compatility requirements,thermodynamic conditions,judgment basis and experimental characterization. And based on development trend of binder at home and abroad, a few of new binder systems are reviewed, and China's current research emphasis for binder researcher are also pointed out.
