采用共热解法,以芳烃重油和二茂铁为前驱体制备碳包覆铁纳米颗粒材料,研究了制备工艺条件对所得产物的收率、形态和结果的影响。结果表明,在420℃条件下,增大二茂铁含量、降低反应体系压力以及延长保温时间有利于形成粒径均一,核壳分界明显,碳层石墨化程度高的包覆颗粒,包覆金属以单质Fe为主,含有少量Fe3C。
The carbon-encapsulated metal nanoparticles(CEMNs) were prepared by co-pyrolysis of aromatic heavy oil and ferroeene. Under the reaction temperature of 420 ℃, it showed that increasing the ferrocene content, reducing the pressure of the reaction system and prolonging the holding time are beneficial for the formation of CEMNs with uniform size and obvious core- shell boundaries. The coated metal containing a small amount of Fe3C is mainly α- Fe.
