核电用余热排出泵的可靠性至关重要。通过ANSYS的FSI功能对余热排出泵进行流固耦合分析,得到流体对固体的流固耦合作用力;应用ANSYS中的模态分析功能对余热排出泵转子无预应力下的模态以及流固耦合作用力和旋转离心力作用下的模态进行了对比分析。结果表明:流固耦合载荷力对转子固有频率的影响大于旋转离心力;在同时考虑流固耦合力和旋转离心力条件下,余热排出泵转子固有频率介于只考虑旋转离心力和只考虑流固耦合力的固有频率之间,且除第3阶外均小于无预应力下的固有频率。其中,第2阶模态的固有频率与无预应力相比更接近于激振频率。在预应力作用下,振幅有所上升。
The reliability is very important to residual heat removal pump for nuclear power plant.Based on the fluid-structure coupling analysis,the fluid-structure coupling force is obtained.The rotor modal is calculated by means of the model fuction of ANSYS considering pre-stress or not.The result show that compared with the centripetal force,the fluid-structure coupling force have a large effect on the natural frequency of the rotor.Considering both fluid-structure coupling force and centripetal force,the natural frequency is between either.And all the natural frequency considering the pre-stress is lower than the non-stress except the third modal.The natural frequency of the second model is closed to the vibration frequency.The amplitude of pre-stress model is higher than the non-stress model.
