在室温条件下以聚苯乙烯(PS)和氢氧化镁为原料,聚乙二醇(PEG)为稳定剂和分散剂,在二甲苯的反应介质中,制得聚苯乙烯/氢氧化镁粉末复合材料.利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重(TG-DTA)等手段对产物的物相、形貌、粒径、热稳定性进行了表征,并对其分散性进行研究.结果表明,在氢氧化镁表面存在PS的有机包覆层,样品分散性良好.
Polystyrene (PS)/magnesium hydroxide ( Mg ( OH )2) composite materials were pre- pared using polystyrene (PS) and magnesium hydroxide(Mg(OH)2) as raw materials and polye- thylene glycol (PEG) as stabilizer and dispersing agent in xylene solvent by mixing at room temperature.The phase, morphology and particle size of the products were characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR and TG-DTA.The results showed that the Mg(OH)2 nanoparticles has been coated with PS,and the sample was of good disoersibility.
