全球生态环境的日益恶化和能源使用的巨大环境影响使能源使用安全问题受到各国的广泛关注。鉴于经济、社会、能源和环境的复杂关系,本文在拓展可计量一般均衡模型(CGE)原有研究的基础上,借助生态足迹分析法(EFA)的理念,通过计算能源生态足迹和生态承载力,对中国1962--2005年的能源使用安全进行测度和评估,分析中国能源使用安全的重要影响因素,并提出相应的政策建议。
The energy use security is paid more and more greatly important attention on because of the worse and worse environment in the world and the heavy influence for the energy use. According to the complex relationship of economy, society, energy, and environment, Computable General Equilibrium and Ecological Footprint Analysis are applied to evaluate on the energy use security of China in 1962 to 2005 by computing the energy ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity to analysis on the factors to infect it and the conclusion and polices suggestions are shown.
