从知识供应链绩效评价目的及特点入手,构建知识供应链的组织个体和链条整体的绩效评价指标,运用SPSS中的因子分析法对组织个体和链条整体的绩效评价指标进行分析。从宏观微观、企业性质和行业三个不同角度,运用定量和定性相结合的方法进行实证研究。结果显示,中国目前知识供应链构建能提升企业内部的创新能力,推动知识的产业化进程,加速企业内外核心竞争力的构建。
From the start of the purpose and characteristics of the performance evaluation of the Knowledge supply chain, the paper constructs the indicators of performance evaluation of the individual organizations and overall chain, then analyzes the indicators of performance evaluation of the individual organizations and overall chain using factor analysis of the SPSS. From the three angles of Macromicro, the nature of an enterprise and industry, it combines with the methods of the quantitative with qualitative to do the research. The results show that construction of the knowledge supply chain can promote innovation ability in enterprises' inside, push forward industrialization process of the knowledge and accelerate the construction of the core competitiveness of the enterprises' inside and outside.
