目的:探讨便携式肺功能仪与传统肺功能仪参数测量的相关性。方法:对2014年10月至2015年2月于中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院行肺功能检查的健康人群或患者的测量结果进行准确性和相关性分析。结果:两种仪器的诊断阻塞性通气功能障碍无明显统计学意义的差异;两种仪器测量参数FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEF25-75%和PEF的相关系数分别为0.971、0.985、0.966、0.953和0.943,P<0.001。结论:便携式肺功能仪代替传统肺功能仪用于肺功能检测具有较好的准确性和可行性。
Objective: To investigate the correlation of measurements between the handheld spirometer and a traditional spirometer. Methods: Measurements obtained from healthy subjects or patients coming to Sun Yat-sen Memorial hospital for pulmonary function tests during October 2014 to February 2015 were analyzed. Results:there was no significantly difference in the accuracy in diagnosing obstructivepulmonary disorder between the two spirometers. The correlation coefficient between the two spirometers for FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEF25-75 and PEF was 0.971、0.985、0.966、0.953 and 0.943, respectively(P〈0.001 for all). Conclusion: It’s reasonable for a handheld spirometer used for pulmonary function tests in the place of a conventional spirometer regarding to the accuracy and feasibility.
