在分析网络设备互连课程知识及技能体系的基础上,针对作坊式"演示+再现"型教学模式产出的"学徒式人才"难以胜任岗位需求动态变化的问题,基于CDIO理念,提出以紧贴岗位需求的TCP/IP协议为主线重构课程知识及技能体系、以单个协议验证型项目、单层协议设计型项目、课程整体综合型项目为载体的"三型"项目化教学改革模式,并以此设计"理论启发式讲授+技能引导式演示+项目自主式实训"的课堂教学与"项目答辩式"的考核方法。教学实践表明,这种改革方法明显提高了课程教学质量。
Combined basic theory and practical operation, Network Interconnection course is as the core curriculum of network specialty to cultivate skilled network engineer talents. Aimed to "the Apprentice-style talents" fostered in demonstration and reproduction Workshop-style teaching model is unqualified for dynamic changes of job requirements. Through analyzing knowledge and skill structure, this paper presents teaching reformation model of the course based on CDIO (Conceive, Design, Implement, Operate), In the reform, contents and skills are reconstructed cling to job requirements in accordance with the TCP/IP protocol and organized by verified, design and comprehensive experiment projects. On this basis, the paper proposes a new method of teaching organization and appraisal. Teaching practice shows that the reform obviously improves the teaching standards and quality.
