There are many small and medium enterprises in China.Among them,the enterprises relying on science,technology and adventure investment are more competitive.In practice,adventure investment happens in the middle and later period of enterprise development.The article finds that adventure investment can be forwarded through the SWOT.These enterprises can introduce adventure investment in the stage of RD.The sources of adventure investment can be private capital,large state-owed enterprises＇ capital,foreign capital and technology innovation bonds.
