文章利用顾客满意度模糊综合评价模型对武汉东星旅行社进行了研究,通过问卷调查及数据分析的方式对武汉东星旅行社顾客满意度的各个影响因素及其影响程度进行了分析。
This paper uses customer satisfaction fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of travel agency to study the Wuhan East Star travel agency. Through questionnaire and data analysis methods, this paper analyses the various factors and the degree of the influence on customer satisfaction with the Wuhan East Star travel agency.
