We proved that if the commutator [b,TΩ~,β] of parabolic fractional integral is bounded from Lp to Lq for some 1〈P,q〈∞ satisfying 1/q=1/p-β/α, then b∈BMO（R^n,p）.The results in this paper improve and extend some known conclusions.
