医学整形手术是目前比较常见的一种外科手术,对其三维效果的仿真正成为提高手术成功率的重要手段。为此,文中首先阐述了采用投影栅相位法对人体进行非接触测量的原理,而后提出基于OpenGL实现三维数据可视化的方法,其中重点分析了人体的三维建模,OpenGL环境下人体图元选取以及人体整形后的三维数据重建。在三维建模过程中,根据整形手术不同阶段的需要,分别采用多边形网格模型和NURBS模型完成了对整形手术的全程仿真,从而为医护人员提供了直观、完整的医学信息,方便了医患之间交流。
The plastic surgery is a kind of familiar surgical operation currently, and the imitation of its 3 - D effect becomes an important means to raise the surgical operation Success rate. Therefore, the paper first expatiates the principle of sensing body' s 3 - D data with phase detection of projected grating, then puts forward the method for carrying out the 3 - D data display based on OpenGL, analyzes emphatically the body's 3 - D modeling, selects the part under the OpenGL and 3 - D reconstruction after the plastic surgery. In 3 - D modeling process, it imitates the whole process of plastic surgery with polygon mesh and NURBS model based on plastic surgery's demand in different stage,so intuitional and rounded medical information is provided.
