采用磁控溅射技术制备了Tb/Fe50[Mn]50 n多层膜,用Versalab振动样品磁强计测量薄膜样品在不同温度下的磁滞回线,研究了Tb/Fe50[Mn]50 n多层膜体系矫顽力和温度、薄膜层数及反铁磁层厚度的关系,以及薄膜铁磁层与反铁磁层界面耦合作用和铁磁层的层间耦合作用.研究发现铁磁层与反铁磁层的界面耦合作用随温度升高而增加,且存在随薄膜厚度增加而增大的转变温度Tt.当TTt时,使矫顽力增大.铁磁层的层间耦合作用随反铁磁层厚度在铁磁耦合和反铁磁耦合之间振荡变化,当TTt时,耦合作用突然增强.
The hysteresis loops of Tb/Fe50Mn50 multilayers which are fabricated by dc magnetron sputtering are measured by Vibrating Sample Magneto(Versalab)at different temperatures.This paper investigates the relations among the coercivity of Fe50Mn50,temperature,layers and the thickness of antiferromagnetic layer,as well as the interface interactions between FM layer and AFM layer and the interlayer coupling between Tb layers.It is showed that the interface coupling gets stronger as the temperature increases,and a transitional temperature Tt,which increases with the thickness of the film,is observed.Due to the interface coupling,at T Tt,coercivity decreases,and while at T Tt,coercivity increases.For the interlayer coupling,it oscillates between magnetic coupling and antimagnetic coupling with the thickness of Fe50Mn50 at T Tt,interlayer coupling decreases with increasing temperature,and while at T Tt,interlayer coupling becomes stronger obviously.
